The Manual of Surveillance Mistakes in activities conducted in slums, on the outskirts of cities, public transport, bars, restaurants, malls, and institutions - covering the placement of targets and the people they meet - was created out of the need to understand the essence of this profession, to normalize the application of methods, rules, and principles, and, last but not least, to develop a professional mindset in this field.

This time, we wanted to analyze together foot surveillance conducted by corporate professionals in its entirety, conducted by one investigator, two investigators, and a team of investigators. The analysis will include the surveillance carried out on uncrowded, crowded streets and avenues; moreover, each analysis will emphasize the mistakes and provide solutions.Moreover, surveillance conducted by a team of multiple investigators acting together will be scrutinized, and where mistakes arise, we will analyse what went wrong and why, how to do it correctly and provide remedial consequences.In the end, we will focus on the management surveillance conducted by one and two investigators and then, we will list the management mistakes of managers who coordinate large teams or departments.
